  • If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at bizarrealternative@gmail.com — once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

SECTION 3 — SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard shipping time is 7–21 business days, depending on location and courier delays.

  • During busy seasons or holidays, delivery may take longer due to high volume or customs delays.

  • Tracking information is provided for every order. Once shipped, Bizarre Alternative is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 3 weeks (21 days), contact us for assistance and we will help verify the status or file a claim.

  • Shipping protection is automatically included for delayed or damaged deliveries.

SECTION 4 — REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions may apply only if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photos and order number).

If approved, we may issue store credit or a replacement — no cash refunds.

This strict policy protects our small business from chargeback abuse and ensures a fair process for all customers.

SECTION 5 — CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PREVENTION

  • Every order is verified with tracking and proof of shipment.

  • Attempting to dispute a valid transaction or file a false chargeback after confirmed delivery is considered fraud.

  • Fraudulent claims will be reported to payment providers and may result in permanent bans from future purchases.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who misuse disputes or violate these terms.
